In order to strengthen the care and care for front-lineworkers and continuously improve the physical and mental health of the majorityof workers, from August 18 to 20, the Fuqing Federation of Trade Unions, theFuqing Rongqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone Federation of Tradeunions, L&T Display Technology (Fujian) Co., LTD. Trade union committeejointly organized 50 workers to carry out a three-day staff recuperationactivity in Fuzhou Gui'an Conference Center recuperation base.

This period of recreation activities cover red education andlearning, water park, hot spring spa, bonfire party, leisure and sightseeing,so that the workers put down the "summer" trouble, unload the"summer" fatigue. When visiting the exhibition hall of the advance teamof the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army marching North against Japan,there were five exhibition areas in the exhibition hall: "Taking orders atthe time of crisis, marching into Fujian, moving to Zhejiang, Anhui andJiangxi, falling into the siege, and being reborn from the fire". A hugewall painting vividly reappeared that period of revolutionary turmoil, whichdeeply touched everyone's heart and baptized everyone's spirit.

This treatment and recuperation activity will organicallycombine the red culture with the treatment and recuperation, so that the staffcan subtly receive ideological and political education in the process oftreatment and recuperation, and also build a platform for communication andlearning for the staff, promote the physical and mental health of the staff,mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff to work, enhance tthe cohesion and centripetal force of the trade unionorganization, and get the praise of the staff.
